A fast-growing design company asked us to make their annual leadership summit feel less like a conference and more like the brand itself: warm, considered, a little unexpected.

Keynotes ran in a restored barn with morning light as the backdrop. Breakouts moved to terraces among the vines. Each day closed with something worth flying in for — a winemaker-led blending workshop, a long-table harvest dinner, live sets at dusk.
