Overview
A fully coordinated private birthday inspired by the bold, neon-soaked world of Miami Vice — creative direction, design, and production from first invite to final detail.
This project brought together event design, guest experience, custom branding, cocktails, staffing, logistics, and on-site execution to create a cohesive celebration from first invite to final detail.
I led the creative direction and production of the event, including space planning, themed visual design, custom invitations, batch cocktail planning, staffing coordination, personal shopping, vendor logistics, and event-day execution.
The experience also included a custom photo wall designed as a high-impact social moment — a memorable branded backdrop that tied directly into the overall theme and gave guests a reason to keep posting long after the party ended.
