Overview
A farm-to-table dinner series set between the rows — one long table, one grower, one menu built from what came out of the ground that week.
The brief was simple: get sixty people to a working farm, feed them extremely well, and let the place do the talking.
We set a single 80-foot table between the rows, paired each course with the grower who raised it, and timed dessert to the last usable light.
The series sold out its first three dates. The format — one table, one farm, one menu — is now an annual program we produce each fall.
